Quality of Life
HART's Quality of Life Committee is involved in efforts to make our neighborhoods better by working with the community, the police, and other city departments to tackle quality of life problems before they take root. Hart also tries to see that every neighborhood has a community service officer (CSO) to keep community members informed at public meetings. HART has also worked with police to create the ROOT (Residents and Officers Operation Team-up) program that has been very successful.
